Since November 2023, I have lived a modified life subjected to the variable symptoms of Long COVID. July 2024, I started writing about this journey. Long COVID is a journey of many unknowns, including how many others are on a similar path. Possibly 7% of US residents actively have Long COVID with potentially over 17% having had it since the virus began. This blog will hopefully attain three goals:

  • help me maintain perspective as I continue on this journey,
  • share what works for me with others on a similar journey, and
  • help increase understanding of the experience for those who are fortunate enough not to be on this journey.
