Long COVID is a journey of many unknowns, including how many others are on a similar path. Possibly 7% of US residents actively have Long COVID with potentially over 17% having had it since the virus began. This blog will hopefully attain three goals:
- help me maintain perspective as I continue on this journey,
- share what works for me with others on a similar journey, and
- help increase understanding of the experience for those who are fortunate enough not to be on this journey.
